  3. Qi Gong
  4. 7 Fist forms
  5. Tibetan Walk
  6. Footwork (Triangle step)
  7. Punch with forward step, back step and double blocks
  8. Punch with forward step, turn, and back with roundkicks
  9. Basic Kicks: Frontkick, Sidekick, Roundkick
  10. Tibetan Walk – Applications
    • Block punches with Tibetan step
    • Block kicks with Tibetan step
  11. Reflex-training with partner
    • Footwork, one steps forward, one backward
    • Stepping backward and block

      Mixed attacks
  12. Dragon: Basic form
  13. 4-direction-block, step, punch
  14. 4-direction-block, step, punch and sidekick
  15. Memorize the exercises, learn how to fight in the 1. grade!
  16. Test over the exercises from the 1.grade!
  17. Teacher decides, if the student can go to the next grade!
